Energy Law
JSA is a proven leader in matters related to domestic and international power, oil and gas sector advisory services. JSA professionals are experienced in various jurisdictions and have firsthand experience in renewable energy, oil and gas industry. Mining Law
JSA offers substantial experience in advising domestic and international mining clients, with projects in Tanzania and around the region involving critical and strategic minerals. On behalf of our clients, we perform due diligence including mineral title, in connection with the acquisition, operation, and disposition of mines and mining properties.
